Pivoting Path Designs

Hi, I'm Danica Zwep, owner of Pivoting Path Designs. This business reflects my deep passion for all aspects of the design world—from architecture and furniture to home decor, fashion, and beyond. The name embodies my journey, as I embrace the ever-evolving nature of design. I may not know exactly which direction my path will take, but I am certain that design is where I belong. It’s a world of endless possibilities, and I’m excited to explore every twist and turn along the way.

 

My passion for design began at a young age — I was always rearranging furniture and experimenting with colour. With a deep love for all things beautiful, I pursued my dream by earning a Diploma in Interior Design from Georgian College, followed by a Diploma in Interior Decorating from Fanshawe College. After completing four years of study, I embraced my love for travel and lived abroad in Ireland, where I enjoyed a work-while-you-travel lifestyle.

Upon returning to Canada, I found a fulfilling role in the Furniture Department at my local Home Hardware in Goderich, where I spent 10 years honing valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience. During this time, I realized my true calling was to launch my own business. Along the way, I also got married and became a mother of two.

I'm excited to share that I have recently purchased a laser engraving business! This venture allows me to combine my passion for creativity with cutting-edge technology. I'm looking forward to unique, customized products that bring ideas to life. Take this journey with me as I explore the endless possibilities within the world of design!
